Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed appointments will result in the deposit being retained.
We’ve made this change after experiencing a high volume of last-minute cancellations, which significantly impacts our ability to operate effectively. When an appointment is missed, it’s not just lost time, it’s staffing costs, overhead, and a spot that cannot be refilled on short notice.
We truly understand that unexpected situations come up, and we always empathize. This policy ensures we can continue providing consistent, high-quality service while respecting our team’s time and the sustainability of our business.

Our lifetime packages cover one tattoo and includes unlimited treatment sessions until the tattoo is fully removed. Treatments continue as needed to achieve full clearance, giving you peace of mind with no session limits or expiration dates.

For tattoos measuring 4” x 4” or smaller.
This lifetime package covers one tattoo and includes unlimited treatment sessions until the tattoo is fully removed. Every tattoo fades at a different pace, so we continue treatments as needed to safely achieve complete removal – with no session limits and no expiration.
